DIO I/O register

0: The respective DIO PIN is programmed

as an output port.

1: The respective DIO PIN is programmed

as an input port.

GPIO3 Data register

For output ports, the respective bits can be

read and written by the pins.

For input ports , the respective bits can only

be read by the pins. Write accesses are

ignored.
